- Interviewing--- Time spent using in-depth questions and procedures to determine skill level, past work performance, education, and character.
- Background & Reference Checks --- We perform background and reference checks using our internet resources and the telephone.
- Drug Screening --- (upon request) we screen for the most commonly used drugs.
- Skills Testing--- (over 300) computer related tests measuring knowledge in many different areas.
- Behavioral Testing--- Includes assessments for measuring cognitive abilities, risk profile, sales and service orientation, workplace skills, and workplace personality.
- Training Modules --- (over 200) mainly in office skills and/or computer related courses.
- Complimentary Training Periods --- Reduced rates for a period of 2 weeks (minimum) in positions requiring more technical skills.
